Q&A With Me, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates this platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. What We Collect

We only collect the information needed to run Q&A W/Me. That includes:

Account info: your name, email, and profile details when you sign up.
Session data: video, audio, and text you upload or record during livestreams or questions.
Questions you submit: text or video questions you send to a creator's page, including video you record before signing in. If you start a video question without an account and never finish signing in, the upload is deleted automatically.
Payment info: handled securely by Stripe Connect (we never see your full payment details).
Analytics: basic usage data like page views and device type to improve performance.

2. How We Use It

We use your information to:

Operate and improve the service.
Verify your identity if you host sessions.
Process payments through Stripe.
Moderate and keep content safe using automated safety tools.
Generate captions and transcripts for video and audio.
Contact you about your account or updates.

We do not sell your data.

3. Who We Share It With

We share data in the following ways:

Creators – when you register for a session, purchase a ticket, or ask a question on a creator's page, your name and email are shared with that creator so they can communicate with you about the session or your question. If you opt in to updates from the creator, your email may also be synced to the email tool the creator uses.
Payment processors – for secure payment handling and account verification.
Identity verification providers – for additional verification when needed.
Content moderation services – for automated safety and content screening.
Transcription and AI providers – we use speech-to-text services to caption and transcribe video and audio, and AI services to help organize and moderate content.
Analytics providers – to understand how people use the site.

Each third-party provider is bound by strict privacy and data handling rules.

4. How Long We Keep Data

We keep your data only as long as needed to operate the service or comply with legal requirements. Video questions that a creator has not answered are deleted automatically, typically after 30 days (up to 90 days for questions waiting on a creator's monthly allowance). Video uploads from unfinished sign-ins are deleted much sooner. You can contact us to request deletion of your account or data.

5. Your Choices

You can view, edit, or delete your account anytime.
You can choose whether to allow your questions to be reused by Hosts.
You can ask questions anonymously. Anonymity hides your name from public display, but the question is still tied to your account on our side so we can deliver the answer and enforce our rules, and the creator receives your contact details as described above.
You can opt out of marketing emails (if we send any).

6. Creator Responsibilities

If you host sessions or run an ask page on Q&A W/Me, you receive attendee and asker information (names and emails). By hosting, you agree to:

Use this data only for communicating about your sessions, answers, and content.
Not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties, except syncing opted-in emails to the creator's own email tool as described above.
Handle all attendee and asker information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Delete attendee or asker data upon request from that person or from Q&A W/Me.

Misuse of attendee or asker data may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Children

Q&A W/Me is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use the platform, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use encryption and other safeguards to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we do our best to keep your information safe.
